A quote shaped around your plans: We’ll discuss the drawings and bricklaying scope so the quote reflects the work your new home requires, including the areas and details shown in the plans.

Brick selection considered early: Brick size, colour and finish all affect the home’s exterior. We’ll refer to the specified materials and discuss your preferences before the work is scheduled.

Work planned for the construction sequence: New homes are built in stages. We can discuss when the bricklaying is needed and coordinate timing with your builder or relevant site contacts.

Site access talked through upfront: The block layout, storage area and access for materials can affect the work. We’ll discuss these details when planning the bricklaying at your property.

Clear communication about the scope: We’ll explain the proposed brickwork and any details that need to be confirmed, so you can make decisions with a clear picture of the job.

Melbourne-based project discussions: CWS Bricklaying works on new home projects around Melbourne. Share your suburb, plans and any useful site information to discuss the work and request a quote.
